Our goal is to always offer our customers the best possible service – quickly, reliably and professionally. And that’s exactly what we offer with over 60 independent partner workshops worldwide!
Our independent partner workshops are audited regularly and must meet specific quality standards before they are allowed to carry out servicing work on our products.
The service stations are kept up to date with further developments and innovations from our turbocharger product series in regular classroom training sessions. Instruction on updated service programs, such as the K2S exchange programme, also takes place on a regular basis.
Every service partner is awarded a certificate after successful auditing that has to be renewed every four years by means of a re-audit.
This consistent service policy enables us to guarantee our customers around the world the same high quality, reliable and optimum service.
